You will receive SiteDynamic download link by email immediately after your payment has been processed.

What level of support do you offer?
We provide support to make sure your SiteDynamic Website is installed and running correctly. Please note that we do not provide support for customization (including source code and design). To request support simply contact us (please include your order reference number).

Is the source code encrypted?
No, SiteDynamic source code is not encrypted. You can modify SiteDynamic source code using your favorite ASP capable editor (e.g. MS Windows notepad, Microsoft Visual Studio, Macromedia Dreamweaver, etc).

Is my purchase refundable?
Yes, SiteDynamic aims to be an affordable and modular instant website architecture for you to develop your website quickly and easily if you are not fully satisfied with SiteDynamic within 15 days after your purchase, you will be refunded.

Can I rebrand or resell SiteDynamic?
Yes, you can rebrand and resell your Sitedynamic website to your client.

Do I need to keep the copyright information in the source code of my pages?
Yes, the source code copyright notice MUST remain intact on all pages in all circumstances. Note that those copyrights information are not visible in the output HTML.
